The 2010 Spokane Bridal Festival is now officially over and we’re exhausted! The two-day show started with a relatively quieter Saturday but was followed up by a slamming busy Sunday. Between loading on Thursday, setting up on Friday, manning the booth Saturday and Sunday, and tearing down Sunday, we’ve put in 25 hours.
Saturday was quieter than last year mostly due to the weather ‚Äî it was VERY icy! Last year we’d endured a December with about four feet of snow so everyone was used to it, but this year has been pretty mild overall and many stayed in. Those that did come were the ones from out of town (e.g., Seattle, Moses Lake, and Snohomish) who had been planning on coming over regardless. A few of this year’s brides and grooms stopped by too on Saturday. Thanks for coming to say hi Ellie, Leanne, Kaylyn, Nate, Matty, and Luke!
Sunday cleared up a bit, and we had a huge number of brides, bridesmaids, moms, grooms, and all those involved stopping by constantly. Despite it being a shorter day, it was very successful! Ashley and Dustin signed with us for July 2011 too ‚Äî we can’t wait!
